My path into project and program coordination grew through work in tech support, customer service, and community initiatives, where I realized my favorite part was always the building. That led me to create mentorship programs for at-risk youth, issue trackers for process improvement, and tools that keep teams aligned without burning out. I believe structure helps people focus on what matters, show up fully, and see real progress.
